Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/4 cups almonds


  • 1/4 cups cashewnuts


  • 1/4 cups pistachios


  • 15 nos black pepper corns


  • 10 nos cardamoms


  • 2 tbsp melon seeds


  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds


  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds


  • 20 nos saffron strands


  • 2 tbsp rose petals


  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder


  • 3 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp cream


  • 2 tbsp chocolate sauce


  • 1/4 litre milk

Directions

  • Add all the dry ingredients in a grinder and make a powder
  • Do not add sugar
  • U can keep this masala for about 1 month in ur fridge and use as required
  • To make choclate Thandai in a blender add cream milk ice cubes Thandai powder about 1 tbsp and 1 tbsp choclate sauce
  • Blend nicely now in a glass line the chocolate sauce nicely to make it look nice and add the Thandai sprinkle finely chopped almonds on top and serve chilled
