Add all the dry ingredients in a grinder and make a powder
Do not add sugar
U can keep this masala for about 1 month in ur fridge and use as required
To make choclate Thandai in a blender add cream milk ice cubes Thandai powder about 1 tbsp and 1 tbsp choclate sauce
Blend nicely now in a glass line the chocolate sauce nicely to make it look nice and add the Thandai sprinkle finely chopped almonds on top and serve chilled
