Soak Mograflower in 1 glass water overnight
In the morning boil this water and flowers with the sugar for about 15 mins u can add water to adjust consistency
Keep the consistency that of rasna or roohafza
After 15 mins off the gas add Khus essence and green colour and cover the vessel till it cools down completely till now all the fragrance of the flowers will get diluted in the vessel
Strain this Sharbat and keep in a bottle it can last up to a year if u have boiled the sugar properly
For making the juice or shake take one part of this Sharbat and add 4 parts of water or milk
I have added soaked chia seeds as u can see in the image this is a very refreshing and fragrant juice and cools down ur body during this hot weather
The above quantity of Sharbat can make up to 40 glasses of juice and shakes
