Boil un peeled poataoes in cooker 10 to 15 mins
Drain poataoes, when cool peel poataoes
The poataoes should be mushy mash well
Add sugar ,corn flour, and mashed poataoes into the blender
Followed by coconut milk blend until smooth
Pour mixture in sauce pan bring to boil
Take 2 tsp of custard powder add little water mix well, without any lumps
Add 2 tsp of vennila extract and custard mix the flame should be normal
Mix well boil for 10 min of the stove, cool for 10 min
Pour mixture into a medium bowl
Place bowl into a small amount of ice, freeze 7 to 8 hrs
Serve with ur favourite toppings...
