In a pressure cooker add oil after it becomes hot add jeera then finely chopped onions fry the onions till they become golden brown then add all the dry spices and fry for a min add grinded tomatoes and fry till the oil separates from the masala till that peel potatoes and cut into big pieces add to the cooker with lotus seeds and pasta let it dry nicely gently mix everything do not break the pasta add water and pressure cook for 2 whistles on high flame
