Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups fresh cream


  • 2 cups full fat milk


  • 2 inch peeled ginger(grated)


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 2 tsp honey


  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Directions

  • boil the milk in heavy bottom pan , after one boil add grated ginger n boil again
  • stir continuously till it becomes 1/3 of whole
  • now off the flame , strain it n let it cool
  • now blend ginger milk with cream, sugar , honey n vanilla essence well
  • pour this in a bowl n put it into the freezer to set
  • now garnish with honey n ginger n serve it chilled
