Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Fresh Cream 2 cups

  • Full Fat Milk 2 cups

  • Peeled Ginger(grated) 2 inch

  • Sugar 1 cups

  • Honey 2 tsp

  • Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp

Directions

    boil the milk in heavy bottom pan , after one boil add grated ginger n boil again

  • 02

    stir continuously till it becomes 1/3 of whole

  • 03

    now off the flame , strain it n let it cool

  • 04

    now blend ginger milk with cream, sugar , honey n vanilla essence well

  • 05

    pour this in a bowl n put it into the freezer to set

  • 06

    now garnish with honey n ginger n serve it chilled
