Ingredients

  • 250 gms black carrots


  • 50 gms mustard seeds powder


  • 2 tsp white salt


  • 1 tsp asafoetida


  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder


  • 3 litre water

Directions

  • Peel the carrots and cut into fingers
  • In a clean and dried jar put water, now add carrots, salt chillies and mastard seeds powder
  • Cover the jar with cotton fabric
  • Put this jar in sunlight for about 3 days
  • After 3 days put this water in fridge so you can have chilled
