Ingredients

  • Black Carrots 250 gms

  • Mustard Seeds Powder 50 gms

  • White Salt 2 tsp

  • Asafoetida 1 tsp

  • Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Water 3 litre

Directions

    Peel the carrots and cut into fingers

  • 02

    In a clean and dried jar put water, now add carrots, salt chillies and mastard seeds powder

  • 03

    Cover the jar with cotton fabric

  • 04

    Put this jar in sunlight for about 3 days

  • 05

    After 3 days put this water in fridge so you can have chilled
