Ingredients

boiled and chilled milk flavoured with cardamom 1 1/2 cups
homemade or store bought rose syrup 2 tbsp
tukmaria/sabja seeds 2 tsp
chopped pistachios and almonds 1 tbsp
sugar if needed 1 tsp
water 1/2 cups
Directions
In a bowl soak tukmaria/sabja seeds for 20 to 30 minutes.
Then strain the tukmaria/sabja seeds and keep aside
Mix milk, sugar(optional) and water.
Mix rose syrup in the chilled milk
Stir the milk nicely and pour into two glasses
Top each glass with nuts and tukmaria/sabja seeds
