Ingredients

Serves 3

  • beetroot 250 gms

  • Medium Size Tomatoes 4 nos

  • Coriander Leaves 1 tsp

  • Mint leaves 1 tsp

  • Salt to taste 1/2 tsp

  • Ice Cubes 4-5 nos

  • Chilled Water 1/4 litre

  • Green Chili 1 nos

  • Lemon Juice 1 nos

  • cumin powder 1 pinch

Directions

    Peel beetroot and make dices of it

  • 02

    In a mixer jar add beet dices, tomatoes and blend

  • 03

    Now add water corriander, mint, salt green chilli and blend well

  • 04

    Now strain the juice with the help of a strainer so that pulp and juice get separated.Serve chilled with ice cubes

    Add ice cubes and serve

  • 06

    The strained pulp of beetroot can be used to make beetroot parantha or pancakes
