Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 250 gms beetroot


  • 4 nos medium size tomatoes


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp mint leaves


  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste


  • 4-5 nos ice cubes


  • 1/4 litre chilled water


  • 1 nos green chili


  • 1 nos lemon juice


  • 1 pinch cumin powder

Directions

  • Peel beetroot and make dices of it
  • In a mixer jar add beet dices, tomatoes and blend
  • Now add water corriander, mint, salt green chilli and blend well
  • Now strain the juice with the help of a strainer so that pulp and juice get separated.Serve chilled with ice cubes
  • Add ice cubes and serve
  • The strained pulp of beetroot can be used to make beetroot parantha or pancakes
