Ingredients

Serves 4

  • whole fat milk 1 litre

  • orange 4 nos

  • sugar 1/2 cups

  • dry fruits powder 2 tbsp

  • ghee 1 tsp

  • cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Peel the skin of orange and separate the fragments, put them aside.

  • 02

    Boil milk in a pan until it us reduced to half.

  • 03

    Add sugar to it, mix and cook for sometime.

  • 04

    Let cool. Roast the dry fruits in ghee and put in the boiled milk.

  • 05

    When cool, crush the orange segments lightly and add to the milk.

  • 06

    Chill and serve.
