Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 litre whole fat milk


  • 4 nos orange


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 2 tbsp dry fruits powder


  • 1 tsp ghee


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Directions

  • Peel the skin of orange and separate the fragments, put them aside.
  • Boil milk in a pan until it us reduced to half.
  • Add sugar to it, mix and cook for sometime.
  • Let cool. Roast the dry fruits in ghee and put in the boiled milk.
  • When cool, crush the orange segments lightly and add to the milk.
  • Chill and serve.
