Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1/4 litre milk


  • 7-8 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp chironji or charoli


  • 1 nos saffron strand


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 pinch nutmeg powder


  • 1 tsp chopped cashews and almonds

Directions

  • Heat milk and reduce it to 1 glass. Add sugar and cardamom powder.
  • Basundi is slightly dilute than rabdi so don't make it too thick.
  • Add charoli , saffron and pour in mini earthen pots
  • Cool and dust a pinch of nutmeg powder on top. Serve chilled.
