1/4 litre milk
7-8 tsp sugar
1 tsp chironji or charoli
1 nos saffron strand
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 pinch nutmeg powder
1 tsp chopped cashews and almonds
Directions
Heat milk and reduce it to 1 glass. Add sugar and cardamom powder.
Basundi is slightly dilute than rabdi so don't make it too thick.
Add charoli , saffron and pour in mini earthen pots
Cool and dust a pinch of nutmeg powder on top. Serve chilled.
