Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 litre milk


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 1/2 cups chopped nut


  • 1-2 nos saffron strands


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 pinch nutmeg powder

Directions

  • Bring milk to boil and reduce it to half on low flame.
  • When it becomes thick add all the ingredients and stir well till sugar dissolves completely
  • Keep it in fridge for 15 minutes after cooling and serve in a bowl. Garnish with grated pistachios and edible flowers.
