Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Milk 1 litre

  • Sugar or as required 1 cups

  • Chopped Nuts 1/2 cups

  • Saffron Strands 1-2 nos

  • Cardamom Powder 1 tsp

  • Nutmeg Powder 1 pinch

Directions

    Bring milk to boil and reduce it to half on low flame.

    When it becomes thick add all the ingredients and stir well till sugar dissolves completely

  • 03

    Keep it in fridge for 15 minutes after cooling and serve in a bowl. Garnish with grated pistachios and edible flowers.
