Ingredients

  • 1 litre milk


  • 200 gms milkmaid


  • 2 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tsp elaichi powder


  • 1/2 cups crushed almonds & pista


  • 6-7 nos kesar threads for garnishing

Directions

  • Rabri is a popular north indian sweet made from milk.basically rabri is thickened sweetened milk having layers of malai or cream in it.
  • Keep milk for boiling .After 1st boil keep the flame on low and let it boil till the milk quantity reduces to half.
  • Now add sugar and boil for few mins.Then add milkmaid and boil till you get thick rabdi consistency.Off the flame and add crushed dry fruits
  • Put in a serving bowl and garnish with kesar & chopped dry fruits.Keep in fridge for 3_4 hours and serve chilled.
