Ingredients

  • Milk 1 litre

  • Milkmaid 200 gms

  • Sugar 2 tbsp

  • Elaichi Powder 1 tsp

  • crushed almonds & pista 1/2 cups

  • kesar threads for garnishing 6-7 nos

Directions

    Rabri is a popular north indian sweet made from milk.basically rabri is thickened sweetened milk having layers of malai or cream in it.

    Keep milk for boiling .After 1st boil keep the flame on low and let it boil till the milk quantity reduces to half.

    Now add sugar and boil for few mins.Then add milkmaid and boil till you get thick rabdi consistency.Off the flame and add crushed dry fruits

  • 04

    Put in a serving bowl and garnish with kesar & chopped dry fruits.Keep in fridge for 3_4 hours and serve chilled.
