Ingredients

  • 1 cups milk


  • 2 nos large egg


  • 1 nos milk chocolate


  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream


  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • 1 tsp tuti fruti fruits

Directions

  • Add the milk to a heavy medium-size pan; Bring to a simmer.
  • Remove from the heat. Beat the hot milk in the the eggs in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Pour the entire mixture back into the pan and put over lowsimmer.
  • Stir constantly with a whisk until the custard slightly thicken.
  • Add sliced chocolate stir continuesly and strain
  • Allow to cool and stir venilla and cream
  • Close and refrigerate over night
  • Again take out from the fridge blend in mixer grinder store in freezer.
  • Take homemade plain cake slice in round shape
  • Make a hole in middle
  • Keep in storage bowl pour half freezed icecream in middle. add fruits and nuts.
  • Again keep in freezer for an hour.
  • Enjoy white icecream sanwidge
