Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Milk 1 cups

  • Large Egg 2 nos

  • Milk Chocolate 1 nos

  • Heavy Cream 1 1/2 cups

  • Vanilla Extract 1 tsp

  • Tuti fruti Fruits 1 tsp

Directions

    Add the milk to a heavy medium-size pan; Bring to a simmer.

    Remove from the heat. Beat the hot milk in the the eggs in a medium mixing bowl.

    Pour the entire mixture back into the pan and put over lowsimmer.

    Stir constantly with a whisk until the custard slightly thicken.

    Add sliced chocolate stir continuesly and strain

  • 06

    Allow to cool and stir venilla and cream

  • 07

    Close and refrigerate over night

  • 08

    Again take out from the fridge blend in mixer grinder store in freezer.

    Take homemade plain cake slice in round shape

  • 10

    Make a hole in middle

  • 11

    Keep in storage bowl pour half freezed icecream in middle. add fruits and nuts.

    Again keep in freezer for an hour.

  • 13

    Enjoy white icecream sanwidge
