Organic Mango Slices 1 cups
Organic Jaggery(based on sweetness of fruit) 1/2 cups
Water 1/4 cups
Squash preparation - keep a pan on stove.
Add jaggery pieces such as they get immersed in water.
Stir continuously with a ladle for 3 to 5 minutes,until jaggery syrup of one string consistency is obtained.
Let it attain room temperature, then keep aside.
Blend the mango slices into a smooth paste in a blender.
Transfer the above paste to the already prepared jaggery syrup.Mix thoroughly.
Note:Jaggery syrup should not be too hot.
Stir well , transfer into dry jars. You can add preservatives if you want. If the preservatives are not added the jar should be kept in the fridge.
Preparation of mango juice from squash : Take a glass and add 3 tablespoons of mango squash.
Pour water, stir well.
