Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Butter milk 1/2 litre

  • Pearl Millet Flour 1/2 cups

  • Water 150 ml

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • cumin powder 1/4 tsp

  • Black Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Crushed Ice 1 cups

Directions

    blend butter milk, millet flour n salt in the blender

  • 02

    now heat a pan n boil this millet mix into it

  • 03

    add some water and stir continuously

  • 04

    after 20 mins off the flame

  • 05

    now pour this in a bowl n cool it

  • 06

    put this in the fridge to chill

  • 07

    now add crushed ice n garnish with common tadka if u like

  • 08

    now serve it chilled
