Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups milk


  • 1/4 cups strawberry pulp


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 2 nos vanilla ice cream scoop


  • 1/2 cups crushed ice


  • 4-5 nos for thandai: almonds


  • 4-5 nos cashews


  • 4-5 nos pistachios


  • 2 nos cardamons


  • 1/4 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)


  • 1-2 nos white pepper

Directions

  • Grind all ingredients of thandai in a fine powder.
  • Add milk, strawberry pulp, vanilla ice cream, sugar, thandai powder & ice cubes in a mixer jar.
  • Blend all in a high speed. Transfer into serving glasses. Garnish with thandai powder or crushed dry fruits.
  • Serve chilled strawberry flaboured thandai shake to beat the heat.
