Ingredients
Serves 2
Milk 2 cups
Strawberry Pulp 1/4 cups
Sugar 1 tbsp
Vanilla ice Cream Scoop 2 nos
Crushed Ice 1/2 cups
For Thandai: Almonds 4-5 nos
cashews 4-5 nos
pistachios 4-5 nos
cardamons 2 nos
fennel seeds (saunf) 1/4 tsp
white pepper 1-2 nos
Directions
Grind all ingredients of thandai in a fine powder.
Add milk, strawberry pulp, vanilla ice cream, sugar, thandai powder & ice cubes in a mixer jar.
Blend all in a high speed. Transfer into serving glasses. Garnish with thandai powder or crushed dry fruits.
Serve chilled strawberry flaboured thandai shake to beat the heat.
