Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 nos eggs


  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 2 tbsp sugar


  • 1 cups milkmaide


  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • 1/4 cups all purpose flour(maida)


  • 2 nos starwbery for garnishing


  • 1/3 cups sauce:( for 4) -butter


  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  • 2 tbsp whipped cream


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder for sprinkle (optional)


  • 1 cups sugar

Directions

  • Heat a small pan and put butter into it. As the butter melts, add flour and sugar to it.
  • When it starts to thicken, add milk to it while stirring.
  • Cook the butter-milk mixture for 5 minutes and then, remove it from fire.
  • Break the eggs into a large bowl and beat them.
  • Add the beaten eggs to the butter-milk mixture, while stirring.
  • Now, add vanilla to this mixture. Empty the contents of bowl into a pudding dish.
  • Heat the oven at 350 degree F, and keep the pudding dish, in a pan of water, in the oven. Bake the pudding for about 40 minutes.
  • Serve the egg pudding with hard sauce.
  • Place strawberry around its corners.
  • For Hard Sauce:
  • Beat the butter until fluffy.
  • Gradually add sugar to butter, while beating.
  • Now add vanilla and keep beating the butter.
