Grind green chillies, ginger, garlic, cloves, cinnamon, coconut, spinach with little water to a fine paste.
Heat pressure cooker and add oil,add cumin seeds, fennel seeds and let it splutter
Add ground paste, soaked rice, frozen peas and saute
Add 2.25 cups of water, salt, garam masala and give a stir.
Pressure cook for 2 whistles
Serve spinach pulao with onion and tomato raita
