Milk 1 1/2 litre
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Drinking Chocolate 2 tbsp
Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp
Sugar 10 tbsp
G M S Powder 2 tbsp
Stablizere 1/4 tsp
Chocolate Essence 1 tsp
white and dark choco chips 2 tbsp
Keep 1 ltr milk 4 boilingOn low flame ...in a glass take 1 cup milk add cornflour milk powder and cocoa powder stablizer and GMS .mix well..
When milk starts boiling add sugar..Then strain and add the powdered milk to the boiling milk and keep stirring so that there are no lumps...Boil for 2_3 mins off the flame
Let it cool at room temp but keep stirring so that you dont get cream on it
Once cooled freeze it for 4_ 5 hoursNow remove and cut into pieces and blend it with a beater till your mixture is smooth and fluffy add essence and cream and again beat for 2_3 mins..
Add chocochips and freeze till doneWhile serving serve with chocolate sauce.
