Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1/2 cup milk powder


  • 1/2 cup icing sugar


  • 1/4 cup warm milk


  • 1 tbsp butter..ings for milkmaid


  • 1 litre milk..ings for kulfi


  • 2 tbsp cornflour


  • 6 tbsp sugar


  • 1/2 tsp kesar


  • 1 tsp elaichi powder


  • 1/2 cup crushed almonds


  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds for toppings

Directions

  • mix all the above mentioned ingredients of the milkmaid and blend it for 5_7 mins your milkmaid is ready
  • Take one cup cold milk and keep the remaining milk for boiling add kesar and elaichi powder.
  • When it is boiled put it on low flame and boil it 4 about 20 mins.
  • Now add cornflour in one cup milk and mix it properly see that there are no lumps .
  • Now add this to the boiling milk add sugar and boil for 5mins.
  • Now add milkmaid and let it boil for sumtym or till you find the consistency havev become thick.add almond crush..
  • keep it for cooling when it cools down pour it in kulfi mould or in sum rectangle aluminium tin .. freeze it. it will take atleast 8/9 hours for setting...
