Ingredients

2 cups hang curd
4 tbsp khus syrup
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp black salt
2 tsp jaljeera powder
1 cups crushed ice
1 pinch green food colour (optional)
Directions
In a bowl add hang curd, powdered sugar, khus syrup, crushed ice, black salt, jaljeera powder. With a hand blender whisk it properly.
Add 200 ml water and mix well.
Pour this drink in a glass. Sprikle some jaljeera powder over it.
Decorate with khus syrup.. Serve chilled.
