Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups hang curd


  • 4 tbsp khus syrup


  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar


  • 1 tsp black salt


  • 2 tsp jaljeera powder


  • 1 cups crushed ice


  • 1 pinch green food colour (optional)

Directions

  • In a bowl add hang curd, powdered sugar, khus syrup, crushed ice, black salt, jaljeera powder. With a hand blender whisk it properly.
  • Add 200 ml water and mix well.
  • Pour this drink in a glass. Sprikle some jaljeera powder over it.
  • Decorate with khus syrup.. Serve chilled.
