Peel and cut the mangoes in a small pieces and place in a blender to make a smooth puree.
In a pan heat water until it reaches rolling boil.
Remove hot water from the heat and add agar-agar powder.
Stir quickly so that no lumps is formed.
Add sugar to hot water agar- agar mixture and stir until it dissolves completely.
Add milk,whipping cream to mango puree and stir to mix everything well.
Now add sugar mixture to the puree mixture and stir everything nicely until all the ingredients are combined.
Pour into dessert bowls or into cups.
Place in refrigerator for atleast 2 hrs or overnight.
Garnished with cheery and serve chilled.
