  • 2 nos large ripe mangoes

  • 4 tsp agar-agar powder

  • 1/2 cups hot water

  • 1/2 cups milk

  • 1/2 cups whipping cream

  • 1/3 cups sugar

  • 5-6 nos cherry for garnishing


  • Peel and cut the mangoes in a small pieces and place in a blender to make a smooth puree.
  • In a pan heat water until it reaches rolling boil.
  • Remove hot water from the heat and add agar-agar powder.
  • Stir quickly so that no lumps is formed.
  • Add sugar to hot water agar- agar mixture and stir until it dissolves completely.
  • Add milk,whipping cream to mango puree and stir to mix everything well.
  • Now add sugar mixture to the puree mixture and stir everything nicely until all the ingredients are combined.
  • Pour into dessert bowls or into cups.
  • Place in refrigerator for atleast 2 hrs or overnight.
  • Garnished with cheery and serve chilled.
