grind coconut +ginger +garlic +cinnamon +cloves+onion +tomato +coriander leaves =grind it again add coriander powder,chilly powder to a fine paste
pour oil in kadai + mustard +curry leaves +elephant foot yam +salt+turmeric powders=fry+prepared masala =cook until its done
elephant foot yam must be cooked for 10mins in water and strain it and keep it
this can be enjoyed with rice,roti,dosa.
