Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 tsp gulkand


  • 1 tbsp dry rose petals


  • 1 tbsp grated dry coconut


  • 10-12 nos almonds


  • 8-10 nos cashews


  • 1 tsp fennel seeds(saunf)


  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds (khas khas)


  • 2-3 nos white pepper


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder


  • 4-5 nos cardamoms


  • 2-3 nos cloves


  • 2 tbsp sugar


  • 500 ml full cream milk


  • 1 cups crushed ice

Directions

  • Dry roast almonds, cashews, poppy seeds, saunf in pan.
  • Assemble all ingredients except milk & ice in a mixer jar. Grind all. Thandai is ready.
  • Now add milk and blend in a high speed for 1-2 minute. Add crushed ice if required.
  • Garnish with dry rose petals. Serve chilled Gulkand Thandai.
