Ingredients

Gulkand 2 tsp
dry rose petals 1 tbsp
grated dry coconut 1 tbsp
almonds 10-12 nos
cashews 8-10 nos
Fennel seeds(saunf) 1 tsp
poppy seeds (Khas Khas) 1 tbsp
white pepper 2-3 nos
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Cardamoms 4-5 nos
Cloves 2-3 nos
sugar 2 tbsp
full cream milk 500 ml
crushed ice 1 cups
Directions
Dry roast almonds, cashews, poppy seeds, saunf in pan.
Assemble all ingredients except milk & ice in a mixer jar. Grind all. Thandai is ready.
Now add milk and blend in a high speed for 1-2 minute. Add crushed ice if required.
Garnish with dry rose petals. Serve chilled Gulkand Thandai.
