Ingredients

  • 1 cups penne pasta


  • 4 cups water


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 nos carrots


  • 1 nos bell peppers red yellow and green


  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic


  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour or wheat flour


  • 1 tsp oregano chilli flakes and black pepper powder each


  • 1 cups milk

Directions

  • Preparation :Boil 4 cups water add salt and then add Penne pasta boil for about 10 min
  • Check If They Are Cooked Properly Then Strain And Keep Aside
  • In A Work Heat Some Oil On Highflame And Add Finely Chopped Carrots And Bell Peppers Saute Them For A Minute Or Two Till They Are Cooked But Crunchy
  • Then Transfer Them To A Plate In The Same Work Heat Butter On Medium Flame And Add Chopped Garlic In A Minute Add All Purpose Flour And Fry It For 2 Mins
  • Then Add A Cup Of Milk And Keep Stirring When The Sauce Starts To Thicken Add Salt Oregano Chilli Flakes And Black Pepper Powder Mix Well
  • Then Add Cooked Veggies And Pasta Mix Well For A Minute And Ur Pasta Is Ready Save Hot As We Have Used Wheat Pasta And We Can Use Wheat Flour Instead Of Maida It Is Nutritious And U Can Add Ur Choice Of Veggies It Makes It More Nutritious And Wholesome And Filling
