Serves 4

  • full fat milk 1 litre

  • Milk Cream 1/2 cups

  • condensed milk 1/2 cups

  • Vermicelli 1/4 cups

  • Chopped Dry Fruits 1/4 cups

  • Sugar 2 tbsp

  • Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Milk 2 cups

    Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan. Stir continuously in between. Once it reduces to 1/4th add condensed milk and milk cream. Stir well. Boil it for 5-7 minutes more. Switch off gas. Let it cool.

    Once cooled pour it in icecream box. Keep it in freezer for 7-8 hours.

    Meanwhile Heat pan. Dry roast vermicelli until golden. Add 2 cup Milk. Stir well. Let it cook. Once vermicelli tender add sugar and cardamom powder. Cook until vermicelli thickens. Switch off gas. Let it cool. Keep it in fridge.

    When ice cream frozen take it out.

    For serving: Take serving glasses. Pour 1 tbsp falooda (vermicelli) then 1 tbsp ice cream again falooda then pour ice cream. Garnish with chopped dry fruits.

    Enjoy chilled falooda with ice cream.
