Milk 5 cups
Cornflour 1 tbsp
Milk Powder 5 tbsp
Mil 250 gms
Sugar 7 tbsp
Milkmaid 3/4 cups
Butter Paper 1 nos
rose essence or rose syrup 2 tbsp
figs 5 nos
black raisins 50 gms
Firstly cut figs into small pieces and de seed the black raisin and boil both with 2 cup water and 2 tbsp sugar..and keep aside
Now Mix cornflour and milk powder in 1 cup of cold milk n keep aside..
Boil 4 cups of milk in a heavy bottom pan After the first boil keep on low flame for 20-25 mins..
Add sugar milk powder and cornflour paste ...stirring continuously...
keep boiling for 4-5 mins..Remove from fire and cool..freeze the milk mixture.
when it is half set take it out and beat well till it becomes fluffy and smooth.mix the cream with the milk mixture n whisk well..
Divide the mixture into 3 portion..Take a setting dish and place a butter paper inside..in such a way so that when your icecream is set you can remove it easily from the dish with the help of butter paper...
Now take 1 portion of milk mixture add red rose essence put in the setting dish and freeze ..for atleast 1+1/2 hour
Now put the 2nd portion above the 1st add essence and colour of ur choice or you cn leave it white..freeze it again till it sets...
Now take the 3rd portion add figs and raisins paste and whisk it well n and pour over the freezed icecream and freeze it again till it sets ...
Remove and place it in a oval shape plate and cut into slices and enjoy Note you can add more den 3 layers as per your choice...
