Grind china grass in a mixer ..Take a non stick pan and mix china grass with 1 cup water..
In another pan keep milk for boiling after 1 boil lower the flame add sugar ..On the other hand keep china grass and cook till you get a thick paste ...
Add enulsion to the milk mix it well...Off tha flame ..Now add the china grass paste to the milk ..
Put in a setting bowl and let it cool at room temperature for about 40_45 mins or till done
Now unmould the bowl in a plate and caramalise it....Keep in fridge for 1 hour.Serve chilled
If you are using mango pulp then reduce the quantity of sugar
