Put the pan on gas stove and add milk boil it n stir continuosly.
Add sugar elaichi powder and reduce the milk.
Add mashed mawa burfi in milk.
When milk became thick like rabadi switch of the flame and add kewra jal.
Cool down the milk at room temperature.
Now pour the milk in small matki sprinkle some almond on top .
Cover the matki with pollythin/ciling wrap freeze the kulfi over night .
