Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Milk 1/2lit.


  • Sugar 5-6tbsp/yo taste


  • Elaichi powder 1/4 sp


  • Kewra jal 1/4tsp


  • Mawa burfi 2


  • Almond flakes 1spoon for garnish

Directions

  • Put the pan on gas stove and add milk boil it n stir continuosly.
  • Add sugar elaichi powder and reduce the milk.
  • Add mashed mawa burfi in milk.
  • When milk became thick like rabadi switch of the flame and add kewra jal.
  • Cool down the milk at room temperature.
  • Now pour the milk in small matki sprinkle some almond on top .
  • Cover the matki with pollythin/ciling wrap freeze the kulfi over night .
