Watermelon Chunks deseeded 2 cups
Mint Leaves 10 nos
fresh yogurt 2 cups
black salt 2 pinch
ice cubes 1 cups
rose water 1 tsp
sugar or as per the taste 3 tbsp
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour the prepared lassi in chilled serving glass with ice-cubes, drizzle rose water, garnish with mint sprig and serve chilled.
