Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Milk- 5 cups

  • Custard Powder -4-5tbsp

  • Sugar-5tbsp

  • Banana-4

  • Apple-1

  • Grapes-1 cup

  • Chocolate Cake(ready made) -2-3 packet

  • Chocolate Biscuit -1 packet

  • Dry fruits( Almond, Cashews) -2tbsp

  • Cardamom Powder -1tbsp

  • Gems-1 packet

Directions

    For Custard-Chocholate Biscake Pudding, first make the fruit custard. For this,take milk in a container, give it a boil and then add sugar into it , mix it well. Take custard powder in a bowl, add some water into it and make a lumps free paste of it.

    Add Cardamom powder into the milk, mix it and then add custard paste into the milk by continuously stirring it so that it become lumps free.

    Give it a boil and as the milk thickhen then switch off the flame and cool it. Add Chopped fruits like banana, apple, grapes(as per your choice) and chopped dry fruits into it and cool it until it becomes chilled.

    Further take a mixture grinder jar and add chocolate biscuits into it and grind it well.

    Take 1/2 cup of sugar along with 1/2 cup of water in a bowl and make a sugar syrup of it.

    Now take a serving glass, add 3-4 chocholate cake in it and then pour 1tbsp sugar syrup on it and further pour chilled custard over it and again repeat this process for one more time and make layering of it. And futher add grinded biscuit powder over it.

    Garnish it with some biscuit, gems and dry fruits and serve it.
