Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1/2 litre+ 1cup milk


  • 5 tbsp pan masala


  • 2 tbsp mix fruit jam


  • 6 tbsp sugar or honey


  • 2 tbsp cornflour


  • 3 tbsp milk powder


  • 1+1/2 tbsp G.M.S powder


  • 1/8 tsp stablizere


  • 1 tsp rose essence


  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  • This ice cream is so easy to make and it is perfect dessert to beat the heat... We enjoyed licking the ice cream and I am sure you too wud love it...
  • Firstly in a non_stick pan boil water . Now put pan masala & jam & cook on low flame till water absorbs & you get a thick consistency.
  • Keep aside and let it cool Now take 1 cup milk and add all the dry powder and mix well .
  • See that there are no lumps. Now take another pan n keep the milk for boiling.
  • Once your milk is boiled add sugar or honey and mix well. Now add the powdered milk and keep stirring on low flame.
  • Boil it for 8_10 mins. Off the flame and let it cool.
  • Now add the pan masala paste & rose essence and mix well. Freeze it for 3_4 hours or till it is set.
  • Remove and cut it into pieces & whisk it well till you get a soft and fluffy mixture. It will become double the quantity.
  • Now pour the mixture in a setting container & freeze it again till it us set. It will take about 5_6 hours. Serve chilled.
