Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 1/2 litre+ 1cup milk

  • 5 tbsp pan masala

  • 2 tbsp mix fruit jam

  • 6 tbsp sugar or honey

  • 2 tbsp cornflour

  • 3 tbsp milk powder

  • 1+1/2 tbsp G.M.S powder

  • 1/8 tsp stablizere

  • 1 tsp rose essence

  • 1/4 cup water

    This ice cream is so easy to make and it is perfect dessert to beat the heat... We enjoyed licking the ice cream and I am sure you too wud love it...

    Firstly in a non_stick pan boil water . Now put pan masala & jam & cook on low flame till water absorbs & you get a thick consistency.

    Keep aside and let it cool Now take 1 cup milk and add all the dry powder and mix well .

    See that there are no lumps. Now take another pan n keep the milk for boiling.

    Once your milk is boiled add sugar or honey and mix well. Now add the powdered milk and keep stirring on low flame.

    Boil it for 8_10 mins. Off the flame and let it cool.

    Now add the pan masala paste & rose essence and mix well. Freeze it for 3_4 hours or till it is set.

    Remove and cut it into pieces & whisk it well till you get a soft and fluffy mixture. It will become double the quantity.

    Now pour the mixture in a setting container & freeze it again till it us set. It will take about 5_6 hours. Serve chilled.
