First take a heavy bottomed pan and add split wheat with water to boil.
When it starts to boil simmer the flame and stir occasionally.
When mixture starts to thicken add milk. Keep stirring. Let it cook till it softens and becomes thick in consistency.
As soon as it softens completely add cardamom powder and sugar. Mix nicely and switch off the flame.
Now divide it into 3 parts and let it cool completely.
After cooling , add cocoa powder in one part of cool down split wheat mixture in a jar and blend till mixture smoothens.keep aside.
Now add jamun puree and another part of split wheat mixture in the jar and blend till it smoothens. Keep it aside.
For making top layer add mango puree with remaining part of split wheat mixture and blend nicely. Keep it aside.
Now take serving glass pour chocolate layer at the bottom , then pour jamun layer in middle very slowly and mango layer on top of the glass .
Pour different flavours slowly with the help of spoon so that all layers can be visible.
Garnish ready layered pudding with dry fruits.
Serve chilled.
