Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 6 nos gulab jamun


  • 1 cups fresh hung curd


  • 2 tbsp sugar powder


  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 tbsp gelatin


  • 1/2 cups condensed milk


  • 4 tbsp strawberry syrup

Directions

  • In a bowl add 4 tablespoons of hot water and gelatin mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes .
  • In abig bowl add yoghurt and whisk well .
  • Now add the powder sugar and whisk again now add the cardamom powder and condensed milk , mix it well .
  • Strain the gelatin and add to yoghurt mix it well .
  • Take a mould and set one piece of gulab Jamun in the bottom of the bowl .
  • Now pour very gently the lassi in half and keep in a refrigerator for 40 minutes to set it .
  • Now remaining part of the lassi add strawberry syrup and mix well .
  • After 40 minutes then pour gently the strawberry lassi cover the top and again keep in refrigerator for another 40 minutes to set properly .
  • After then de - mould the gently lassy panna cotta .
  • Enjoyyyyyyyyy the classic dessert ' Lassi Panna Cotta ' is ready to serve .
  • Serve it by garnish with cherries .
