In a bowl add 4 tablespoons of hot water and gelatin mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes .
In abig bowl add yoghurt and whisk well .
Now add the powder sugar and whisk again now add the cardamom powder and condensed milk , mix it well .
Strain the gelatin and add to yoghurt mix it well .
Take a mould and set one piece of gulab Jamun in the bottom of the bowl .
Now pour very gently the lassi in half and keep in a refrigerator for 40 minutes to set it .
Now remaining part of the lassi add strawberry syrup and mix well .
After 40 minutes then pour gently the strawberry lassi cover the top and again keep in refrigerator for another 40 minutes to set properly .
After then de - mould the gently lassy panna cotta .
Enjoyyyyyyyyy the classic dessert ' Lassi Panna Cotta ' is ready to serve .
Serve it by garnish with cherries .
