Soak tamarind over night and drain the juice in a glass
Add sugar or jaggery syrup and stir till it blends
Muddle cumin seeds in mortar and add into the mixture with coriander powder and pepper powder and few drops of lemon juice. if required.
Top with soda , lot of ice and mint leaves. Serve chilled
Note: you can add some water if you don't want to use lot of ice.
