Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 6-7 nos tamarind pieces


  • 2 tsp sugar or jaggery syrup


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp coriadner powder and pepper powder


  • 1 cups soda


  • 1 cups ice cubes


  • Mint leaves5 nos mint


  • 2 drop lemon drops as required

Directions

  • Soak tamarind over night and drain the juice in a glass
  • Add sugar or jaggery syrup and stir till it blends
  • Muddle cumin seeds in mortar and add into the mixture with coriander powder and pepper powder and few drops of lemon juice. if required.
  • Top with soda , lot of ice and mint leaves. Serve chilled
  • Note: you can add some water if you don't want to use lot of ice.
