Nannari Roots 1 cups
Sugar 2 cups
Water 4 cups
fresh Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
For Juice - Sarbath 4 tbsp
Lemon Juice or to taste 1 tbsp
Cold Water 500 ml
ice cubes 1 cups
mint sprigs 2 nos
lime slices 2 nos
Take nannari roots and bash them and remove the center part.
Grind it in a blender and soak in cold water overnight.
Next morning drain the water and take it in a pot.
Add sugar and bring it to a boil.
Boil on medium flame for 25 minutes till syrupy.
Cool this and add the lemon juice, mix well and store it in a air tight bottle.
For making juice, take some syrup in a cup, add lemon juice, add cold water and ice cubes, garnish with lime slice and mint sprig and serve.
You can store the syrup in fridge for many months.
