Ingredients

  • 7-8 nos plum


  • 1/2 cups chilled water


  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1-2 tsp castor sugar


  • 1 pinch black salt


  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Directions

  • Deseed plum and take out juice in juicer. Pour in a glass and sugar, salt, water and mix all ingredients.
  • Stir well till sugar dissolves completely. Add lemon juice and chia seeds. Let it rest for a minute and serve chilled.
