Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 nos pineapple chopped


  • 250 ml milk


  • 1/2 cups condensed milk


  • 3/4 cups sugar


  • 1 tsp cornflour


  • 6-7 nos cherries for garnish

Directions

  • To make the pineapple mix, clean and chopped the pineapple.
  • Make a puree of the pineapple in a blender without adding extra water.
  • Cook the blended pineapple with the sugar in a nonstick sauce pan with intermittent stirring.
  • Cook till the pineapple has a chutney like consistency.
  • Remove from the heat and cool it completely.
  • To make the ice-cream. Heat the milk, condensed milk, sugar on a very low flame till the sugar is melted.
  • Now mix the cornflour mix into the above and cook until it is thick.
  • Let it cool and finally mix the pineapple mix and fold in till everything comes together.
  • Refrigerate in the freezer.
  • Mix it with a spoon after an hour and refrigerate.
  • Repeat this process twice and freeze for 10 hours.
  • After 10 hours our pineapple ice-cream is ready.
  • Now garnish with red cherries and beat the heat.
