Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1/3 cups fresh carrot beetroot juice


  • 1/3 cups fresh thick yogurt


  • 1 tbsp cucumber with skin chopped in small pieces


  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 nos kiwi


  • 1/2 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp tutti frutty for garnishing


  • 1/3 nos lemon piece


  • 1 tsp coconut powder

Directions

  • First mix lemon juice in carrot beetroot juice and pour juice in serving glass . It is the base layer
  • Refrigerate it for 1 hour so that we can have bit firm layer of it.
  • Now blend yogurt with blender and afterwards add sugar and cucumber pieces in it.
  • Pour this yogurt slowly on juice layer of serving glass and again refrigerate it for 10 minutes.
  • Now take kiwi and chop in small pieces .Blend it so that we can have smoothie of it.
  • Now take out serving glass and pour kiwi smoothie in it. Its the top layer.
  • Refrigerate it again for last 10 minutes.
  • While serving , rub lemon slice on rim of the glass and sprinkle coconut powder on it.
  • Atlast add tutti fruity and serve chilled.
  • Yummy refreshing layered smoothie is ready to Enjoy
