Ingredients

Serves 1

  • Fresh carrot beetroot juice 1/3 cups

  • Fresh thick yogurt 1/3 cups

  • cucumber with skin chopped in small pieces 1 tbsp

  • Lemon juice 1/2 tsp

  • Kiwi 1 nos

  • sugar 1/2 tsp

  • tutti frutty for garnishing 1 tsp

  • lemon piece 1/3 nos

  • coconut powder 1 tsp

Directions

    First mix lemon juice in carrot beetroot juice and pour juice in serving glass . It is the base layer

    Refrigerate it for 1 hour so that we can have bit firm layer of it.

    Now blend yogurt with blender and afterwards add sugar and cucumber pieces in it.

    Pour this yogurt slowly on juice layer of serving glass and again refrigerate it for 10 minutes.

    Now take kiwi and chop in small pieces .Blend it so that we can have smoothie of it.

    Now take out serving glass and pour kiwi smoothie in it. Its the top layer.

    Refrigerate it again for last 10 minutes.

    While serving , rub lemon slice on rim of the glass and sprinkle coconut powder on it.

    Atlast add tutti fruity and serve chilled.
