Oats 1 tbsp
Sugar Powder 1/2 tsp
Frozen Mango Pieces 1/2 cups
Frozen Deseeded Watermelon 1/2 cups
Black Pepper 1 pinch
Almonds 6 nos
Almonds Shaving 1 tsp
First cook oats in water until soft. Let its consistency be thick .Keep aside to cool.
When oats cool down, take half of it and blend with seedless watermelon , little sugar and black pepper powder .
Smoothen it and pour as base layer in serving glass.
Now take another part of oats with sugar , mango and almonds in a jar .Blend it till smoothen. Now pour it on watermelon base very slowly so that both colours can b visible.
Garnish wid almonds shaving and serve immediately.
