  • 1 cups wheat flour

  • 250 gms boneless chicken pieces

  • 150 gms finely chopped onions

  • 1 nos chopped green chilies

  • 1 tsp pepper powder

  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves,chopped

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • 1 tsp oil


  • Knead the wheat flour with lukewarm water and salt. Set aside covered. Now heat a pan, add some oil and add diced chicken pieces . When it turns white add cumin powder and salt .
  • Saute till chicken get cooked. Cool it and pulse it in a mixer and set aside.
  • Heat a pan, add oil and saute onions to translucent stage. Add minced chicken and give a quick stir
  • Add pepper powder and adjust salt
  • Add chopped coriander leaves and switch off
  • Set aside to cool
  • Now makelemon size balls from the kneaded dough.
  • Make into cups by pressing inward as yo do for kolukattai
  • Fill the kheema chicken which we prepared
  • Seal it without any openings
  • Press with your palms gently and roll into parathas dusting with dry wheat flour
  • Heat a tava and cook into parathas apply oil on both the sides
  • Serve hot with raita or greenchutney
