  • Milk 1 litre

  • Grated Bottle Gourd 2 tbsp

  • Ghee 1 tsp

  • Thandai Powder 2 tbsp

  • Condensed milk 100 gms

  • Heavy Cream 100 gms

  • Sugar 3 tbsp

  • Small Mango Pieces 1/2 cups

    First heat ghee in a pan. Now add grated bottle gourd in ghee to roast. Keep sauting till raw aroma of bottle gourd disappears.

    Now add milk in it to boil. When it starts boiling simmer the flame.

    Add condensed milk , cream and sugar in the milk.

    Keep stirring at low flame. When milk starts to thicken add thandai powder. Stir nicely and switch off the flame.Let it cool down properly.

    Now add mango pieces on popsicle moulds. Pour cool down bottle gourd thandai mixture in the popsicles.

    Let these popsicles freeze for atleast for 8 hours. So that popsicles become firm and fix with sticks nicely.

    To demould dip popsicles in normal water for 5 seconds. It will easily come out of moulds.

    Yummy and healthy popsicles are ready to relish.
