Deseed plum and chop into small pieces. keep inside fridge to freeze.
Take water and melt sugar to make sugar syrup. let it cool.
Blend plum , lime juice and sugar syrup with crushed ice untill slushy. Add white rum or vodka and blend again.
P0our the slush in a glass and and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled
