  • Frozen Plums 2


  • Castor Sugar 1/2 cups


  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp


  • White Rum 500 ml


  • Crushed ICe 1 cups


  • Water 1/2 cups

Directions

  • Deseed plum and chop into small pieces. keep inside fridge to freeze.
  • Take water and melt sugar to make sugar syrup. let it cool.
  • Blend plum , lime juice and sugar syrup with crushed ice untill slushy. Add white rum or vodka and blend again.
  • P0our the slush in a glass and and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled
