Ingredients
Serves 6
full cream milk - 1 litre
Overnight soaked sago (sabudana) - 1 tablespoon
Roasted Foxnut powder - 1/2cup
Almonds chopped - 1tablespoon
raisins - 10
Sugar- 5 tablespoon
saffron strands - 10-12
Tutti frutti 2 tablespoon ( for Garnishing)
Chopped pistachio - 1 tablespoon
Green cardamom powder - 1teaspoon
Chopped mix nuts -1/2 tablespoon
Poppy seeds - 1 teaspoon

Directions
Add milk in a wok and bring it to boil. Keep boiling on low flame with occasionally stirring . Keep boiling till milk thickens little and remains 2/3 in quantity.
Now add soaked sabudana and crushed lotus seeds . Cook it for another 10 minutes and add sugar,green cardamom powder and almond pieces.
Allow it to boil for 5 minutes more . Add raisins and Switch off the flame.
Let it cool completely . After cooling , refrigerate for 3 hours.
To make Caramelised disc :
Now heat 2 tablespoon sugar on low flame in non stick pan. when it Caramelised add poppy seeds and chopped mix nuts .. Now quickly pour it on greased silicone plate and cut in flower shape. Let it cool . Nutty Caramelised flower is ready.
Pour chilled rabri in serving dish and Garnish with nutty Caramelised flower , tutty - frutty and with pistachio.
Yummy rabri is ready to relish .Serve it chilled .
