Ingredients

  • 5-6 red guava (red amrood)

  • 1 cup fresh curd

  • 1 cup low fat milk

  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

  • 3-4 tsp sugar or honey

Directions

    Wash and Cut guava into small pieces.

  • 02

    Mix all ingredients except ice in a blender jar. Blend smooth paste. Strain with strainer. Throw seeds.

  • 03

    Add ice and blend again. Serve chilled guava smoothie.
