200 gm condensed milk
1/2 cup full cream milk
1 cup fresh cream
3/4 cup whipped cream (before whipping)
Whip cream with electric beater till light and fluffy.
2. Beat condensed milk and milk in an bowl.
Now mix together cream and condensed milk mixture and lightly beat.
Add coffee essence and colour after adding cream.
Pour into an ice cream mould and cover with aluminium foil.
Then freeze it for 7 - 8 hours till set
Before freezing add chocolate chips (optional)
