Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers


  • 2 litre cold water


  • 1 sprig mint


  • 2 tbsp sugar


  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)


  • 1 tsp orange flower water (optional)


  • 1/3 cups lemon juice

Directions

  • Briefly rinse the dried flowers in cool water and keep aside. Now In a saucepan heat two litres of cold water.
  • As soon as the water begins to boil, add the dried hibiscus. Immediately remove from heat and let the flowers steep for ten minutes.
  • Strain the water using a strainer to separate the flowers from it.
  • Stir in the sugar.Add any other flavorings with lemon juice and mint leaves.
  • Add ice and chill completely.
  • Healthy drink is ready to enjoy.
