Ingredients

Serves 8

  • Rose syrup I am mentioning is of 3 full bottles 1 litre

  • Sugar 1 kgs

  • Water 2 litre

  • dried rose petals 2 cups

  • Lemonade 2 cups

  • lemon juice 1 nos

  • mint leaves 10-12 nos

  • chilled water 500 ml

  • ice cubes 8-10 nos

  • red colour ( edible) 1 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Take sugar and water in a heavy bottom vessel

  • 02

    When sugar is melted add dried rose petals

  • 03

    Boil the syrup for 10 min on low flame

  • 04

    After that take the vessel out of flame

  • 05

    When the liquid is cool down add edible red colour

  • 06

    You do not have to add any type of essence because the aroma of rose petals itself make it fresh rose syrup

    Now it's time for lemonade

  • 08

    Take about 3 tbsp syrup in serving glass

  • 09

    Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice

  • 10

    Then add crushed mint leaves in glass

  • 11

    Add lots of ice

  • 12

    Add water or you can add soda also

    Stir little

  • 14

    Serve chilled
